An exciting and experimental album that spans Traditional Blues, with 70's Rock n Roll and Electronic Dance Music. Lonesome Matt, a Bluesman of the East Coast, an Experimenter of New Genres, Genres he may not belong in. He really stretches the boundaries of his abilities but in the best way and the finished product is truly a rewarding musical experience. If you decide to listen in order, you'll first hear Matt's title original "Steady Tonight" which Sings about one's first date. Then we'll lay ourselves into a slow Blues Ballad about a girl named Daisy Jane in "Daisy Jane Blues". On the third track, we'll take a total 180 with "It's Dangerous" an alt\experimental rock song that sings about the discomfort we may all feel about our present day's alarming news headlines from around the world. "Never Look Back" an off the wall dance track that is designed to encourage and empower the listener. Finally, we have "Rain Dance" a Cheery instrumental number that should simply keep you in good rhythm & spirits. I sincerely hope you enjoy this album and that it's able to grace the ears of many.
